Let’s not call it a philosophy, let’s call it an idea. Small, cute frames always sold well at IMAGO, but they didn’t offer anything for purists. This was the birth of the i-spax idea.
At MIDO in 1999 the collection was first presented. i-spax rounds off IMAGO’s collections with its reduced and puristic style. With their clean designs and colors as well as their interesting technical details the frames became best sellers within their first few years.
Intended for those who love pure, reduced designs in connection with interesting technical innovations. We accentuate clean, modern designs made of stainless steel, titanium, acetate and new nickel-free materials.
The basic idea behind this collection is simplicity and purism. Therefore all i-spax models have short – mainly English – names which can be easily pronounced all over the world.
